alhamdulillah, dah selamat sampai dari Fuerteventura Island, Canary Islands semalam
tapi tak habis transfer gambar lagi
ada dalam my own camera, kayla's, iphone lagi

its a kepulauan kat area bawah
so now, kat UK sejuk gedi sebab winter
tapi kat canary islands ni warm lagi, aroun 19'c
yeay, i can escape the freezing winter baby!
location dekat dengan morocco ngan algeria
tapi canary islands belong to Spain

since dekat dengan gurun sahara
so ada la padang pasir kat sana <-- wah, dan2 kena feeling arab ni weih!

nampak tak Canary Islands kat mana? 

jauh jugak la dari UK. kalau dari birm, insyaAllah 3 jam lebih.

fini pi direct ke Fuerteventura je

so semua budak rumah ni pi

kami dapat deal yang agak murah

return flights + accommodation for 3 nights = £163 <-- murah kan?

tak sampai RM 1000 pun, alhamdulillah :)

kat sana dapat resort apartment

so kami ambik 2 bijik

3 person per apartment

insyaAllah banyak plan dah atur nak buat kat sana

nanti kita update kat sini eh

lama dah tak buat Fini the Explorer kan?

pi jalan2 kat europe dulu pun tak masuk lagi

haih.. afini ni..

so insyaAllah fly rabu ni dari Birmingham International Airport ke Fueteventura International Airport

doakan semua selamat dan happy, insyaAllah

semoga ziarah kali ni dapat meningkatkan keimanan

semoga dengan holiday ni

 eh2, sesat bunga dalam bilik pulak. ok sekarang dalam bilik ada bunga ni. cantik, tapi tak dak bau. how i wish ada bunga kerak nasik kat sini. wangiiiii sangat :)

 western pun tau makan nasik ok. ikan masak sambal tumis tak pedas langsung hahaha

ok ni kat rumah. presenting bubur cha cha!

ni latest, kat Costa. costa ni standard starbucks la kalau kat msia. kat sini pun banyak starbucks, tapi ntah, i prefer costa than starbucks. sebab starbuck sinini takdak java chips, sedih :(

yeayyyyy winter holiday has arrived everybody!
last class tadi
n now, officially dah start bercuti winter selama sebulan
nice is it?

tambah sejuk2 macam ni
perghhh, bancuh hot choc satu mug
ambik novel satu, then bungkus dalam duvet
bukak lampu tidoq je
ohhhhhhhh sorga!!!

tapi masalahnya time macam ni
tendency untuk kerap makan tu akan tinggi
memang sebelum ni pun dah kuat makan
bila time winter, kekuatan makan tu terus dilipat gandakan
hahahahha
makan jadi lah seperti ular sawa kekenyangan di atas katil yang empuk lagi harum :)))

eh lagi best winter ni untuk nak qadho puasa
so far dah qaho 3 hari
ye la, subuh is getting late and maghrib is getting early
as for today, subuh 6.15am and maghrib 3.52pm
cool!!!
tak dan la nak penat + lapaq
so afini, cepat2 la qadho puasa lagi 7 hari okeh!

kesimpulannya, jom bersenang-lenang menikmati my last winter here
next year, kat malaysia dah
eh tapi mana tau kan,
kot2 ayah bermurah hati nak belanja mai sini lagi

maths & stats.. err & tesl?

after 5 years of ignorance toward anything related to complicated mathematic, including the full of formulas in statistics
i was 'forced' to learn it again last monday
and the worse came yesterday, on 2 hours seminar of assessment course (one of the core courses in my degree)
oh my... now i really, truly, indeed very grateful of not pursuing my study in any field related to numbers
Allah knows best, always :)

just looking at the score of students' result,
detail inspection of each question in the test,
then looked into the statistics sheet
i started to feel the uneasiness and the gelabah feeling as i were to sit for additional maths paper in SPM (nightmare yo!)
hahahaha feel like 'why am i doing this?????' *faint*
the torture finally arrived when we were to do the thorough analysis of each column
and i was so 'tempted' to say those very 'cool' terms like
Standard Deviation, p-value, total correlation, standard error of measurement, Crombach's Alpha etc
wow! how cool was that!!
at first, yes, it was a torture to look at numbers
and the thought of doing statistics again was soooooo demotivated!

but later, hey!
it was so much fun and pride to finally figure out the correct answers!!!! yeaayyyy!!!!
no, we were not to do the calculation
we were to carry out a thorough analysis on the scores
and figured out whats wrong with each item in the test based on the cool terms mentioned
but you know, its seem very complicated for me!
first, maybe i'm not a fan of mathematics, let alone statistics
and second, i guess because i'm not familiar with the mathematical terms in english
i were taught in malay in my secondary school
and i thought to myself
here come the importance of PPSMI cherie!
u can be totally out of focus and lost when those important terms are alien to u!
i bet, those who got the chance to be taught in english for science and mathematics were so lucky!
they know more than us!!!
haih, but it has been reverted to malay kan?
what a waste...

but it was (is) truly fun to get to do that correctly (the statistics thingy)
and when i think about it
i can smile broadly to myself (even now i am smiling!)

and to those who are studying anything related to numbers
your ability and patience are impressive darlings
u all have my respects! *salute*

p/s : but compare to maths, physics is tougher for me! it has numbers, facts, formulas, pictures and sooo much more. urgh! oh btw, i scored quite well in my add maths in SPM hahahaha <--- show off! caitttt.

so balik jitra, terus singgah Mahsuri Medical Centre
and i met u sayang for the first time :)
a healthy cute chubby little boy
k.yati pantang kat rumah kita lepas tu

then satu pagi b.caq tanya nak bagi nama apa kat baby boy ni
dia suggest few names,
and two of them that i can still remember are ammar ngan adam
but i said, i nak adam, make it Adam Afiq
sebab maksud nama tu 'teladan yang mulia'
(kebetulan time balik dari medan tu kami naik flight Adam Air haha)
k.yati nak nama lain, i dont remember what it was
tapi, b.caq agreed with my choice
and he said adam afiq best, sebab semua 4 huruf ikut nama dia
A D A M = 4
A F I Q = 4
A Z R I = 4
hahaha sweet..

tapi memang dik dam ikut abah kan?
muka pun macam abah, mata kecik
bila gelak terus tetutup mata
hahahaha
